Kelly Michelle Stables grew up in St. Louis in Missouri. She performed with The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia granted her an undergraduate degree in Communications and Theater. She began her career in Los Angeles as a theater artist, performing and choreographing over 20 plays and musicals. They included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan and The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera's The Musical Peter Pan. In addition she played 7 titles at Los Angeles' Storybook Theatre. Kelly was also able to land TV and film roles and pursuing her improv training at The Groundlings. Kelly has an unique voice and her diminutive size allows her to be able to play many characters. Her most well-known character is Naomi Watts's evil Samara in The Ring 2, but her most well-known role is as the fun receptionist on Two and a Half Men. Kelly was a series regular on TV the sitcom of Land The Exes from 2011 to the year 2015. The show featured Kelly as the paralegal by night and as a party-hopper during the late at night. As well as being an Regular for the sitcom ABC Romantically Challenged where she played the sassy sexpert younger sister of Alyssa Miano. She also played the suburban mother anxious in CW No Tomorrow. She has lent her singing voice to a variety of animated shows such as Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. Her most recent role was playing the dim, lovable Cloud 9 staffer on NBC hit comedy Superstore. The private world of her life is quiet. She enjoys spending time with her family, including two children.
